  If you call the customer service line, they never answer. If you request a call back from customer service, it disconnects when you answer. The live chat does not answer. They respond to messenger, but only to tell you they can't do anything. If for some strange reason you feel compelled to buy this tiny pamphlet of ads and stale news, buy it at the store. Never, ever subscribe.

  Terrible customer service. I have had numerous missed deliveries and always call in early and request a paper re-delivery, which is an offered option. Never happens. Called for missed delivery on Saturday and no one answered; wound up getting in my car and driving down to the Statesamn-Journal office to complain, again, but none of the editors or administrators were "in." I'm quitting after 25 years....
