  Awesome service. Courteous and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Super clean facility. Easy access. Decent location in West Salem. Best storage unit experience I've had and I've moved to 9 different states. In short, I'm well versed in storage unit places.

  Rodents okay? This is what I was told when I spoke with the assistant manager that this kind of thing just happens in the winter.
  I have a lot of my belongings in storage here and recently I noticed mouse droppings throughout my belongings. I don't pay for this to happen and I'd appreciate it if management took more responsibility and sympathetic to their customers concerns.
  Up until now things have been fine I am paying quite a bit per month for 2 units and this is not satisfactory to me so I will be looking around to see my options. I don't think a rodent infestation is routine at a storage facility like the assistant manager tried to convince me. She just kept referring to the insurance I have on my units, no responsibility whatsoever taken.
  
  There is also water damage to some of my property so obviously the storage sheds are not sealed properly. Mold and mildew over a lot of our property.
  
  One other thing I do not like is that you need a access code to enter and bathrooms are in side the gate but yet you have to ask for a key every time, this makes no sense why inconvenience paying customers nobody with out a code is using the restroom facilities.
  
  At this point I would not recommend and if I get compensated for my destroyed belongings I will update.
  
  UPDATE 3/14/17: A Better Business Bureau report has been filed, I still have received no compensation for my destroyed objects and management had the audacity to call me and say there are some things left behind in the storage shed when I closed it out and I will be charged, well of course I left all the stuff that your rat infestation ruined of my property for you to dispose of. If you cannot even put a dumpster on your property like any normal storage facility what do you expect.
  
  I would not recommend I have had Storage at U-Haul before and never any property damage.
