  I took my girlfriend here for a Japanese hair straightening treatment. I knew almost nothing about the place except for some reviews, Michelle was certified in this hair treatment, and the fact Michelle called my girlfriend and asked her questions about her hair, (which we thought was nice and super professional.) We gambled with hair designers and let me just express what a good job Michelle did.
  
  She took the time to explain some of the science behind the process to us in an understandable way, quelling all fears and anxiety about this hours-long and sometimes expensive process. Michelle was down to earth, fun and skillful in her crafts. The straightening turned out beautiful, the girlfriend is estatic, and just like that hair designers just earned another returning customer.
  
  Do not second guess coming here for top quality. My lady strutted out looking like a little Beyonce.
