  So, when your truck driver drives past me, wheeling my waste-can down the driveway, and waves as he drives by, rather than wait the 5 seconds it would take me to get to the curb, thus us supposed to drive customer satisfaction?

  Employees are rude, and add fees to my bill that aren't valid. Never have I had such issues with a garbage company. If it were my choice I would switch. They are awful. It's a constant arguement.
