  I wish I could give this 5 stars, because the products are really wonderful! But unfortunately, my experience with the staff was not good...not sure what the girls name was, it was a young girl. Probably mid 20s. Red hair and glasses. She was not friendly at all...I asked her some questions about a few of the crystals, and not only did she not seem to know much about them, she was very abrupt and talked very soft to where I could hardly hear her. I asked her where another item was located, and she just said "right here," but didn't even point or bother to try and show me where the item was.
  
  When I was checking out, I asked if I could get a list of the names of the stones I bought, that way I could do some research when I got home (every other metaphysical shop I've ever been to has given me a list of the names of stones I bought). She seemed confused by my question, and just handed me her stack of sticky notes. Then I had to ask for a pen, and I had to write down the names myself...not a good experience.
  
  It's too bad. I love the shop, and the Opera House. But some people just aren't meant to work with the public.

  Never mind, this place gets a ONE STAR rating, because the owner can't handle criticism!!! I don't expect to find spiritually healing items from a place where management is so negative and rude to people who leave honest reviews about their experience. Instead of b******* at your customers for pointing out bad customer service skills in your employees, maybe you should use that time to teach your employees how to socialize with customers!!! Or even acknowledge them! NEVER shopping here again!!! I will be taking my business to the other metaphysical shops in my area, where I have had really good experiences with the employees and management! And lower prices!!
