  Don't move here if you have family or more than 1 car because both you and your roommate or spouse has a job. They offer 2 parking passes, but expect to circle the parking lot for 3 hours waiting for an open spot after a long day at work just wanting to go home because there's not enough spots for everyone. God forbid you have friends that want to visit, they'll get towed because they need a parking pass. There's absolutely no other option for parking.
  So if you have a life, don't move here because if you move your other car you'll never get another spot. You'll be forced to stay awake until 2am looking for a parking spot when you have to wake up early for work. And they'll let someone park a trailer full of trash in a valuable spot instead of leave it for someone who needs it. The management is a joke. They cleared out an apartment and left the trash/abandoned furniture in a parking spot so no one could park there either. Forget to put up your parking pass because you worked 10+ hours and spaced it? Pay $400 because you're human. There are really no good things to say about this place.
  All of the garbages are over filled all the time, litter throughout the property, dog poop in the grass, the entire property smells like cigarettes all the time, and as you've read, no parking. Ever.
