  not good, bought a new chain for an older saw and the owner sized it off the factory specs rather than measure the bar, simple mistake, but the next day when I took it back to get a couple of links knocked out so it would fit my bar the chick behind the counter just wanted to question and argue with me about fixing it even though I had my receipt in hand. needless to say I will never go back.
