  I bought a house in Salem 3 years ago with the help of Brian Bemis of Re/Max. After negotiating with the owners we came to an agreement of fixing several high dollar issues. Now 3 years later I go to sell my home, I find many of those "fixes" that were paid for were not followed up on. I am now having to deal with the same issues. I will not recommend Re/Max and would like an answer and resolution! Taking advantage of first time homeowners just to seal a deal as fast as possible is not right. I am also going to be following up with my lawyer because issues that didn't even come up in the inspection are well overdue.
  
  On a side note, I was talked into using their "preferred" mortgage company. One of those you got to act now if you want it! I was locked in a rate that was higher than my previous quote and was sold soon after. I'm sure Brian got a nice kickback for that one.
