  There's a younger tech he's a sweetheart. He's fixed my insurance on the computer several times and actually cares when other people mess up. He always said she sorry and makes sure everything is correct.

  All the people are super nice (always kind and patient and from the looks of the constant lines, WAY overworked) and there’s a little play area right next to it (inside the store) if needed. Also they take my insurance which is a pro. Those things are the two stars. The lack of the other stars is because I’m generally a busy person so I routinely call ahead to make sure my prescriptions are ready and get confirmation before heading out to pick them up. Then, as I’d expect, wait in a long line. Nearly every time I get to the counter there has been a problem. For example, prescription is there physically but hasn’t been taken out of shipping boxes yet, or ran out, or there is a problem processing insurance which always ends up being a glitch or something (because it ends up working fine eventually). Routinely, even after calling ahead, I spend almost an hour or more waiting each time. Like I said, the people are kind and they work hard, but there seems to be an issue with organization/ staffing ?? at this location.
