  Everything about Chalk Box has changed my outlook on life and my health in every aspect. I signed up for the 6 Week Challenge, on a whim and it may just be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, the coaches are fun, friendly and supportive and the workouts are incredibly fun.
  
  The thought of Cross Fit had me a little intimidated at the beginning but even someone like myself who is not very athletic nor in good shape felt that the workouts were totally doable; both challenging and fun.
  
  I lost 17.3 lbs, 3.7% body fat and close to 21 inches from my body while participating in the Chalk Box 6 Week Challenge. I’m so excited to continue my weight loss and fitness journey here with all of these incredible coaches and members!
