  Very dissatisfied with this office.
  
  They took an x-ray without informing me that my insurance would not cover it. (I had already brought in an x-ray from my dentist)
  
  I felt that if a company is going to charge you a large amount for something and it won't be covered by insurance, they should inform you and ask for consent prior to doing the service.
  
  They did not do so for me, and I felt very cheated by them.
